In 2015, Collin County Area REALTORS^® President, Matt Hilton, saw the need to create a charitable organization that would allow area REALTORS^® to serve North Texas residents and communities in times of hardship. Working with the Association’s Chief Executive Officer, Mary Leidy, the North Texas REALTORS^® in Action Foundation was founded just in the nick of time.

This video was created before the Collin County Area REALTORS^® and MetroTex Association of REALTORS^® merger in 2025, so some branding and organization names may look a little different. The core message and insights, however, are still just as relevant today.
